2019 Annual Commendation Conference Held
In endless song, the past year is gone. With dance performed, a new year is welcomed.
At 8:30 a.m. January 10th, 2020, the 2019 annual commendation conference was held. Model workers, representatives of advanced collectives and more than 80 employee representatives were present at the conference. Leaders including Pan Minzhi, Chairman of BOD and Bao Yongzhen, general manager also attended the meeting.

At the very first beginning, Mr. Pan, chairman of BOD, made a speech to unveil the conference. First of all, on behalf of the company's management, he expressed his sincere thanks to all employees who have made contributions to the development of LRC in the past year. At the same time, he welcomed new employees and encouraged them to make gradual progress in future.
Mr. Pan said that thanks to joint efforts made by executives and the staff, the growth trend in sales revenue has remained compared with last year, exceeding the original target. He expected that in the new year, the staff of the company can continue to be modest, prudent, diligent and innovative, so as to achieve the business objectives and work plans in 2020.
He also mentioned that the company has developed the spirits of dedication and innovation throughout the past half century, creating a brand unique to the company. In addition, LRC has distinctive advantages that can defeat domestic competitors. As a private-owned enterprise, LRC has a good mechanism, fast decision-making execution, and high efficiency, averting the same path to development as other enterprises and escaping from external interference. Last but not least, plenty of reliable customers have entitled LRC with good reputation.
When it comes to the main work in 2020, Mr. Pan pointed out that US-China tariff issue is the primary determinant of China's and the world's economic growth. Although sales are recovering, the overall economy is still under great pressure, so we are facing very uncertain business problems. Regarding main work of the company at present, the chairman talked about the following aspects.
1.We should improve the product quality in an all-round way, which largely depends on people. Therefore, our management team is required to pay high attention to quality and keep learning, so as to guide work with basic theories and improved logical thinking. Employees should be equipped with the spirit of craftsmanship.
2.Since talents play a critical role in development of enterprises, it's necessary for us to recruit more of them. Now we have established a team including employees of all ages.
3.We should never stop the research and development for new products.
4.Employees' income should be raised. Employees are the precious wealth of the enterprise. The increase of employees' regular salaries is required to reach that of CPI published by the government, mainly by increasing merit pay that can be assessed. At the same time, employees with the lowest income should be closely concerned to meet their basic needs of life.
What's more, Bao Yongzhen, general manager of the company, addressed at the conference. She fully affirmed the achievements made last year and put forward higher requirements and goals for the new year. It is particularly emphasized that staff of all posts should attach importance to product quality, accelerate the development of new substitutes for imported products, hire more talents and seek for competitive advantages in cost.
Later, Madam Bao announced the company's model workers of 2019 and motivated all employees to learn from them and contribute to the company's growth. Then, the representatives of model workers gave passionate speeches. In their speeches, they summed up their experience, found out their shortcomings, and made new career plans. They not only expressed their love for the company and their work, but also showed their confidence in the development and growth of the company.
